Prepare a schematic design narrative outlining acoustical performance requirements for <br /> sound isolation between spaces,reverberation control, sound masking systems for open <br /> office spaces,background sound levels from the mechanical system,and offsite noise limits. <br /> Prepare the following deliverables: <br /> • Draft and Final Narrative <br /> • Drawing markups(as needed) <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES-MACKENZIE <br /> FF&E Procurement and Construction Management Services <br /> (Furniture Selection services to be provided during Phase II —Design Development and Bidding Phase). <br /> Services to include the following: <br /> 1. Schematic Design <br /> A. Meetwith Client to reconfirm furniture needs and design requirements. <br /> B. Inventory of any existing furniture to be re-used (including inventory of US Forest <br /> Service furniture). <br /> 2. Design Development <br /> A. Provide preliminary furniture plan to Client for review, including options for <br /> workstation layouts and standardizing furniture layouts, materials and finishes <br /> throughoutthe facility. <br /> B.
