The Community Needs Assessment also identified dental care, senior services, and <br />medical care as basic need priorities areas in the community. <br />e. Additional Human Needs funding made available in 2021 to target Safe Streets <br />Programs should be prioritized to continue and maintain the mission of supporting <br />pathways towards stability including shelter; housing, employment, diversion and <br />prevention services for our most vulnerable residents; and <br />f. Funded programs should address outcome criteria that: <br />a. Increase self-sufficiency; <br />b. Promote health and healing; <br />c. Promote/address diversity and equity; and <br />d.
