REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #2020-061 PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP _ PARK PROPERTIES <br />FORM 4.04 QUESTIONNAIRE <br />Suppliers must complete this "Questionnaire" providing the information in the same order <br />requested <br />below. Suppliers may emphasize in their narrative any areas of their proposal that they believe <br />exceed <br />our requirements. <br />1. Qualifications and Previous Experience <br />A. Briefly describe your company or organization. Include how long the entity has been in <br />business. <br />T&L Nursery is a $15M company that has been in business for 35 years. We currently <br />operate a 40 acre nursery in Redmond WA., that has over 700,000 sq ft of greenhouse <br />growing area. <br />B. Describe the qualifications of your company, its business experience and achievements. <br />T&L Nursery supplies plants to landscapers, Independent Garden Centers, Costco, <br />Haggen's, and other small hardware chain stores. <br />C. Describe any previous experience implementing similar projects or providing services to <br />Parks or similar venues. <br />We have extensive experience in growing and shipping quality plant material <br />throughout the Pacific NW and Oregon to a wide range of customer bases along with <br />over 30 years of knowledge on setting up programs for maintenance of a growing <br />facility <br />D. Who are you proposing to be the project manager or account manager if awarded this <br />contract? What is their experience with this work and other aspects pertinent to this project? <br />What are their years of experience, years in industry, years with firm, year of applicable <br />licenses, and etc. <br />Terry Berger, T&L Nursery's General Manager, will be overseeing this project. Terry <br />has over 40 years of experience managing in the horticulture industry. <br />3 <br />
