RFP #2020-073 • CITY OF EVERETT PARKS, RECREATION & OPEN SPACE PLAN <br />facilities. She has experience retrofitting pedestrian facilities into existing infrastructure, <br />ADA compliance design for sites, preparing PS&E packages for construction, and preparing <br />Maximum Extent Feasible (MEF) documentation as necessary. Gina has led efforts to help <br />cities evaluate ADA compliance status for various facilities, including curb ramps, sidewalks, <br />street crossings, pedestrian signals, parking spaces, transit stops, and park sites. Over the <br />last six years, Gina has helped seven cities with ADA compliance evaluation and transition <br />planning work, including the City of Mukilteo, the City of Shoreline, and the City of Kenmore. <br />Because Gina knows the intent of ADA requirements and guidelines, she can apply them to <br />non-standard design and retrofit situations, resulting in compliant pedestrian facilities. <br />Gina has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Montana State University. She is a professional Civil <br />Engineer, registered in Washington. <br />® Years with Perteet: 19 years <br />Kurt Wiseman, PE, STP (Civil Engineer, Perteet) brings proficiency across ct wide variety <br />of tasks to the design team. He has a strong foundation of design skills from having worked <br />on numerous corridor and site/civil projects and is knowledgeable in both construction and <br />design. Several of these projects included conducting design needs assessments for public <br />facilities and for ADA compliance. Kurt's technical skills are supplemented with strong writing <br />capabilities, and his aptitude for being timely, responsive, and well organized to meet <br />project goals. <br />Kurt was the design engineer assisting the City of Mil! Creek with ADA self -assessment and <br />transition planning. Perteet had been working with the City to conduct a field inventory and <br />update the database for all the curb ramps within the City. He has also worked with the City <br />of Mukilteo on an ADA Transition Plan and Snohomish County on an ADA Evaluation. <br />Kurt has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and is a Professional <br />Civil Engineer registered in Washington. <br />Years with Perteet: 7 years <br />Nicholas Bratton (Sustainability Lead, Forterra) co -leads Forterra's innovations department. <br />He has specialized in land use policy and market -based approaches to conservation <br />and community building since 2008. His policy research helped inform the creation of <br />Washington's regional transfer of development rights marketplace in 2009 and the <br />Landscape Conservation and Local Infrastructure Program (LCLIP, RCW 39.108) in 2011. <br />Nicholas also worked with Snohomish County to craft and adopt comprehensive revisions <br />to its resource land conservation policies and programs and helps guide the community <br />transformation work of the Everett Station District Alliance.
