His <br />wide range of experience on research projects includes work for private sector clients, public <br />agencies, and campaigns Ian has found that the learnings from these different projects all <br />contribute to each other; from the simple to the complex, what lan and his team learns on <br />each project has given him unique insights and skill into giving clients the key answers they <br />need. Ian has led hundreds of studies including numerous resident priority and customer <br />satisfaction surveys for public entities, including research for King County Metro, the City of <br />Renton, Crook County Parks and Recreation Department, the City of Forest Grove, Metro <br />Parks Tacoma, and many more. <br />Ian has a B.A in Political Science from Western Washington University, with a minor in <br />Environmental Studies. He spends his time away from work adventuring with his family and <br />not -so -secretly encouraging his two daughters to be strong leaders and citizens of the world. <br />Years with EMC: 21 years <br />Kjris Lund (Golf Course Analysis, Lund Consulting) is a facilitator and analyst with more <br />than 40 years of experience. She has worked with local government organizations, state <br />agencies, and non -profits across the state. She has specific expertise in best practices for <br />municipal golf courses, and is currently working with the City of Seattle on a municipal golf <br />course strategic business plan That project will research best practices and innovation models <br />for municipal golf courses and develop options for City to make its golf courses financially <br />sustainable while meeting City goals for inclusion and access, Kjris has helped communities <br />with governance structures, public facilities districts, business plans, and large-scale planning <br />processes. <br />Kjris has an M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Urban Affairs from <br />George Washington University.
