RFP #2020-073 • CITY OF EVERETT PARKS, RECREATION & OPEN SPACE PLAN <br />1 <br />1 <br />• <br />t <br />Seattle Parks and Recreation: Community Partnerships for Wealthy Parks <br />(Contract # PR 17-027) <br />In 2017, the City of Seattle's Department of Parks and Recreation <br />contracted with consultant team of Forterra, Seattle Parks Foundation, <br />and the Trust for Public Land to conduct a feasibility study informing <br />recommendations about strategies to expand open space acquisitions <br />and stewardship capacity in the city.
