All flammable materials shall be stored in a cool, dry area away from sparks and open <br /> flames. All materials which are determined to be damaged by the Owner Representative or the <br /> manufacturer are to be removed from the job site and replaced at no cost to the Owner. <br /> 1.10 PROJECT CONDITIONS. <br /> A. Weather Limitations: Proceed with installation only when existing and forecasted weather <br /> conditions permit assembly of metal panels to be performed according to manufacturer's <br /> written instructions and warranty requirements. <br /> B. The Applicator shall follow all safety regulations as required by WISHA, OSHA and any other <br /> applicable authority having jurisdiction. <br /> C. The Applicator shall take precautions that storage and/or application of materials and/or <br /> equipment does not overload the roof deck or building structure. <br /> D. Site cleanup, including both interior and exterior building areas that have been affected by <br /> construction shall be completed to the Owner's satisfaction. All finishes shall be restored to <br /> the pre job condition. <br /> E. Sheet metal roof panels are slippery when wet or covered with snow, frost, or ice. Working <br /> on surfaces under these conditions is hazardous. Appropriate safety measures must be <br /> implemented prior to working on such surfaces. Always follow WISHA, OSHA and other <br /> relevant fall protection standards when working on roofs. <br /> PART 2 MATERIAL <br /> 2.01 SHEET METAL PANELS AND ACCESSORIES <br /> A.
