B. National Objectives <br /> The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br /> 2019 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> Appropriate subcategory under the National Objective: <br /> Limited Clientele <br /> 03Q - Facilities for Abused and Neglected Children (24 CFR 570.201(c) or 42 USC 5305(a)(2)) <br /> Acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of daycare centers, treatment facilities, or <br /> temporary housing for abused and neglected children. <br /> Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: The Facility Restroom Improvements <br /> project will benefit the Abused and Neglected Children (Limited Clientele) and their <br /> non-offending family members. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards <br /> required herein through quarterly reports and site visits. Substandard performance as determined by <br /> the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time, as determined by <br /> the City and after being notified by the City, contract suspension or termination procedures will be <br /> initiated. <br />
