o PowerPoint and council presentation; <br /> o Suggested web content for display on the City's webpage; <br /> o Any CAD and GIS source data and files created will be provided to the City. <br /> 2.5 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Communications <br /> The supplier will report to the Project Manager. The Supplier will provide internal communications and <br /> messages in the form of oral and written memos to the Project Manager as needed. <br /> Meetings <br /> The Supplier shall attend a variety of meetings that fall into the following categories: <br /> A. Meetings with Project Staff <br /> o Conduct regular meetings with Project Staff to facilitate discussion on content of updated <br /> strategic plan based upon internal and external stakeholder input <br /> B. Interim Meetings <br /> o Monthly status updates with Project Manager <br /> o Monthly status updates with key city staff, as necessary <br /> C. Public Outreach Meetings <br /> o Facilitate with the identification of external stakeholders <br /> o Updates to City Council, as necessary <br /> 2.6 CITY OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Staff Responsibilities <br /> The City staff will be responsible for the following: <br /> • Providing a primary contact for Supplier <br /> • Provide background and requirements <br /> • Provide existing required data and reports to support analysis <br /> • Provide existing plan and background data <br /> • Coordinate review of consultant deliverables <br /> 2.7 WORKS MADE FOR HIRE <br /> All Deliverables, in whole and in part, shall be deemed works made for hire of City of Everett for all <br /> purposes of copyright law,and copyright shall belong solely to the City of Everett. To the extent that any <br /> such Deliverable does not qualify as a work for hire under applicable law, and to the extent that the <br /> Page 10 of 22 <br />
