The assessments of each park will be <br /> brief,data supported,and strategic. We will identify access and ADA improvements needed <br /> to enhance the walkability and biking experience for nearby residents to meet access policies <br /> and level of service needs. A screening level environmental <br /> analysis will also be performed for each facility with recommendations given for pesticide <br /> usage and other earth friendly practices. If a facility is determined to be in a particularly <br /> environmentally sensitive location, other specialized practices will be recommended. <br /> Special Use Recommendations: Golf.The City wishes to examine the need for two golf <br /> courses and best and highest use of golf course properties. One golf course lies near light <br /> rail investments.
