She thanked fellow colleagues for their kind <br /> remarks. <br /> Council Member Bader apologized to fellow council members for not providing <br /> notice prior to his comments last week regarding the formation of a regional fire <br /> authority (RFA). He stated he would be more proactive as study on this topic <br /> continues. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated that it was a dark day on January 6 when a riotous <br /> mob of domestic terrorists stormed and attacked our Nation's Capitol. He stated <br /> our hearts go out to families of those who lost their lives in the attack. He noted <br /> he was proud of congressional leaders from both parties who went back into the <br /> • chambers to ratify the will of the people in connection of the 2020 presidential <br /> election.
