Any significant project budget or accounting issues will be <br /> addressed in the status memos for City's review and consideration. The Project Manager will <br /> prepare all of Jacobs' standard work-execution, quality control, health and safety, and budget <br /> control work products necessary to effectively execute the work. <br /> The scope and budget for this task is based on expected duration of each task as shown in under <br /> the paragraph "Schedule"below. <br /> Task 6 — Management Reserve <br /> This Task includes a Management Reserve allowance of$10,000 in project funds that can be <br /> authorized at City discretion to accommodate additional project needs or tasks identified <br /> through the course of the workthat are not otherwise included in or covered under this Scope of <br /> Work.Authorization for use of Management Reserve task funds will be based on written/email <br /> communications from Jacobs detailing the proposed level of effort and scope of work for any <br /> additional work items to be authorized under this task,and written/email response from the City <br /> Project Manager confirming and authorizing the workto proceed as proposed.Work shall not be <br /> completed under this task without such written/email authorization from the City. <br /> Schedule <br /> The project schedule will be driven by the City's pilot testing schedule. The following is an <br /> expected duration for each task based on the current testing concept. <br /> Task Expected Completion <br /> Task 1—Pilot Test Plan Preparation and DOH Coordination April 2021 <br /> Task 2—Pilot Equipment Procurement,Setup,and April 2021 <br /> Commissioning <br /> Task 3 — Pilot System Operation April 2021 to April 2022 <br /> Task 4 — Pilot Test Data Analysis and Report Draft Report—June 2022 <br /> Final Report (with DOH <br /> Approval) — September 2022 <br /> Task 5 — Project Management Contiguous with other tasks <br /> Task 6 — Management Reserve As agreed and authorized <br /> Budget <br /> The budget for each task is based on the assumptions provided in this scope of work. The <br /> detailed level of effort assumptions for each task are provided in Exhibit B. This budget has been <br /> established based on our current understanding of the work to be completed and provides the <br /> basis for the total not-to-exceed project budget. Individual task budgets are not fixed and <br /> budget maybe moved between tasks. It is understood that the City may request more or less <br /> support during the execution of this project. Therefore, this budget establishes the time-and- <br /> materials budget for pilot test support as directed by the City.
