Below, please find the <br /> Planning correction items for your project. Additional comments or corrections may be required upon review of the <br /> requested information. The description of work on your permit application didn't mention any site work however your plan set indicates <br /> new parking stalls, electric charging stations, and landscaping. Please confirm if this is still part of your scope of <br /> work. If so,the plans need to be re-routed to Public Works for further review and the following Planning <br /> comments/corrections apply: <br /> a. The charging stations cannot encroach upon required landscaping. Please revise. <br /> b. A landscaping plan is required for all proposed landscaping/landscaping islands associated with this <br /> proposal. Landscaping and irrigation shall be provided in accordance with EMC 19.35. <br /> Upon revising the plan(s), please submit two copies to the Permit Services Counter alongside a City of Everett <br /> transmittal sheet(available at the counter). <br /> Note: These requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from <br /> other departments.
