I believe we had some miscommunication <br /> and/or I misunderstood your questions when we spoke previously about what the landscaping plan should entail.While <br /> the plan doesn't need to be generated from a professional landscape architect because the proposal is of a smaller <br /> scale,the plan does still need to meet the other applicable standards of EMC 19.35.100 including showing the locations <br /> of the proposed landscaping. Noting the information as you have in Key Note#28 is helpful but not enough for approval; <br /> I need to see basic identification symbols of the various required plantings shown on the planting areas themselves <br /> alongside an associated key. <br /> You can either revise sheet A0.1 again to include these details or alternatively,just email me a separate 11x17 pdf <br /> landscape detail sheet that I can print and add to the file. Once I have that information I should be able to sign off for <br /> Planning. <br /> Apologies for the prior miscommunication.
