Supporting such would criminalize homelessness, and in the midst of a pandemic, this form <br />of displacement is incredibly dangerous to both the housed and houseless community (as the CDC recommends to not <br />displace anyone). To truly invest in housing the houseless, a much more extensive plan is required, not one that will <br />criminalize those already suffering. <br />Thank you, <br />Sarah F <br />
