I <br />feel that I shouldn't even have to write this email because Everett has the time and the funds to provide housing to the <br />people affected by this ordinance, as does every other city that criminalizes homelessness. If you truly care about your <br />citizens, then you won't even consider this ordinance becoming reality. <br />1 <br />
