I strongly disagree with any proposal that would directly or indirectly <br />target those most in need of services or the people that supply those services as well as limit their ability to exist in our <br />community at all. These are real humans in hard times. Limiting where they can exist is inhumane. And I will not tolerate <br />sweeping them from place to place in lieu of actually helping them.
