CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> ' 3. Discharge sampling and submitting Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) to <br /> Ecology in accordance with the CSWGP. <br /> ' 4. Develop and maintain the Site Log Book as defined in the CSWGP. As a part <br /> of the Site Log Book, the Contractor shall develop and maintain a BMP <br /> tracking table to show that identified TESC compliance issues are fully <br /> ' resolved within 10 calendar days. The table shall include the date an issue <br /> was identified, a description of how it was resolved, and the date the issue <br /> was fully resolved. <br /> The ESC Lead shall also inspect all areas disturbed by construction activities, all on-site <br /> erosion and sediment control BMP's, and all stormwater discharge points at least once <br /> every calendar week and within 24-hours of runoff events in which stormwater <br /> discharges from the site. Inspections of temporarily stabilized, inactive sites may be <br /> ' reduced to once every calendar month. The Erosion and Sediment Control Inspection <br /> Form (WSDOT Form 220-030) shall be completed for each inspection and a copy shall <br /> be submitted to the Engineer no later than the end of the next working day following the <br /> ' inspection. <br /> 8-01.3(2) Seeding, Fertilizing, and Mulching <br /> 8-01.3(2)A Preparation For Application <br /> ' 8-01.3(2)A1 Seeding <br /> Revise the first paragraph in 8-01.3(2)A1 to read as follows: <br /> ' Cultivate trench restoration in turf areas to 4-inch depth to provide firm yet friable <br /> seedbed. Provide topsoil if needed. Cultivate seeding restoration areas no sooner than <br /> one week prior to seeding. <br /> ' Delete the third paragraph in its entirety. <br /> Supplement 8-01.3(2)A1 by adding the following: <br /> Provide a smooth, consistent, friable surface acceptable for all areas being seeded by <br /> ' raking or similar treatment acceptable for seeding as determined by the Engineer. <br /> Provide all areas being seeded free of all visible clods, rocks and debris measuring one- <br /> inch or larger in any dimension. <br /> ' 8-01.3(2)B Seeding and Fertilizing <br /> Supplement 8-01.3(2)B by adding the following: <br /> Use hydroseeding application method where feasible, uniformly apply a slurry of seed, <br /> ' fertilizer, mulch and water over all disturbed areas unless shown otherwise on the Plans. <br /> Use Seed Mix#1, as specified in 9-14.2 of these Special Provisions in restoring areas <br /> not having established lawns. Use Seed Mix #2 or #3, as specified in 9-14.2 of these <br /> ' Special Provisions, for restoring areas with established lawns. <br /> Apply permanent seed mixture #1 and #2 uniformly over the areas being restored at a <br /> rate of 4-pounds per 1,000 square feet. <br /> ' Apply permanent seed mixture #3 uniformly over the areas being restored at a rate of <br /> 7-pounds per 1,000 square feet. <br /> Apply temporary seed mixture uniformly over the areas being restored at a rate of 2- <br /> pounds per 1,000 square feet. <br /> Apply starter fertilizer in accordance with Section 9-14.3 at a rate of 8 pounds per 1,000 <br /> square feet.
