Description of all equipment to be utilized, including capacity. <br /> d. Site plan sketch showing: <br /> 1) Dimensions of installation pits/areas. <br /> 2) Pipe storage areas. <br /> 3) Temporary work areas. <br /> 4) Lay down area for pipe joining process. <br /> 5) Equipment/material ingress and egress from install. <br /> 6) Barge requirements. <br /> e. Dewatering methods and calculations, if applicable. <br /> f. Methods for removal of obstructions and brick liner repair. <br /> g. Host pipe cleaning and waste disposal plan. <br /> h. Method to check inside diameter. <br /> i. Methods to deal with river flows /tidal levels. <br /> j. Installation timing and water levels. <br /> k. Approximate installation rate. <br /> I. Pipe float plan / buoyancy calcs (during float and during install). <br /> m. Calculations showing anticipated loading, pushing forces or pulling forces, are <br /> within capabilities of proposed pipe and equipment. <br /> n. Method of installing lining pipe and continuously monitoring of pulling or pushing <br /> forces. <br /> o. Approximate installation rate in feet per hour. <br /> p. Contingency Plans to address scenarios such as installation times greater than <br /> anticipated, changes in river and tide conditions, and other factors which may be <br /> expectantly encountered. <br /> 8-31.3(1)D Grouting Plan <br /> The Grouting Plan shall ensure that no grout enters the Snohomish River and include the <br /> following components: <br /> a. Procedures, including maximum injection pressure, proposed grout stage <br /> volume. <br /> b. Proposed bulkhead design. <br /> c. Grout flow control. <br /> d. Control and disposal of displaced water. <br /> e. Grouting mix. <br /> f. Access requirements. <br /> 8-31.3(1)E Data and Certifications <br /> The Data and Certifications shall include the following components: ' <br /> a. Preinstallation internal CCTV inspection and data documentation. <br /> b. Post-installation internal CCTV inspection and data documentation. <br /> c. Certifications, experience and training record of persons to be fusing pipe ends. <br /> d.
