Provide manufacturer's standard exposed fasteners with through bolting on matched pairs. <br />2.9 THRESHOLDS AND WEATHERSTRIP: <br />A. Provide continuous weather stripping at the edge of every exterior door leaf. Provide non- <br />corrosive fasteners as recommended by manufacturer. <br />B. Provide thresholds with flat head sleeve anchors on all exterior doors. <br />2.10 SILENCERS: <br />A. Provide silencers as specified in the hardware groups. <br />2.11 BARRICADE RESISTANT DOOR ASSEMBLIES <br />A. SWITCH Anti -Barricade, Dual Barrel, Locking Continuous Hinge Door System by <br />Kingsway Group, Inc. 164 Indusco Ct, Troy MI 48083; (800) 783-7980. <br />1. Complete door system delivered in two sections: door assembly and frame <br />assembly. <br />2. Door assembly consisting of prefinished flush wood door as scheduled in drawings <br />and specified in Section, ligature resistant lockset (Townsteel CRXA), electrified <br />double acting dual barrel, locking hinge with 95-degree opening, and privacy vision <br />panel operated by oval -drive staff key which also operates hinge locking <br />mechanism. <br />3. Frame assembly to be constructed of minimum 14-gauge mild steel, having single - <br />rabbet strike jamb to coordinate with anti -barricade stop, shallow single -rabbet <br />hinge jamb, and flush header. <br />4. Hardware: <br />a. Double acting continuous hinge: KG280E Electrified SWITCH Anti - <br />Barricade, Dual Barrel, Locking Continuous Hinge Door System by <br />Kingsway Group. <br />b. Ligature Resistant Cylindrical Lockset: MRX-A 5-point ligature resistant <br />mortise lockset by TownSteel. <br />C. Privacy Vision Panel: Duralux high -secure privacy vision panel, with 3/4" <br />tempered glass or poly carbonate on patient side, 3/8" tempered glass or <br />poly carbonate on staff side, & 1/8" poly carbonate internal sliding privacy <br />pane. All controls installed below glass panes to prevent weak points. <br />Duralux by Kingsway Group. <br />5. Construction: Door to be made having a solid core and hardwood stiles. Assembly <br />to be completed with refusal head Torx Security Fasteners throughout. <br />6. Finish: As selected by architect from selections offered by Kingsway Group. <br />2.12 AUTO OPERATORS <br />A. Provide Auto Door operators in pairs where indicated. Provide operators with parallel or <br />regular arms as necessary to locate operators on a single side of doors for pairs of doors. <br />Provid with 45 degree sloped hood top and end caps of same material and gauge as the <br />motor enclosure.
