b. Zoning code requires that on -site open space be usable and accessible and discourages <br />placement of water quality or stormwater detention features within the open space area (EMC <br />19.15.040). Placement of a stormwater facility within the open space area would likely mean <br />that area could not be counted in meeting the code requirement. Open space in this area is <br />required to be a minimum of 15' in any direction. Use this information when evaluating <br />feasibility criteria for stormwater LID infrastructure per Minimum Requirement 5. After mapping <br />it out, there may or may not be any useable space for a rain garden. If none, then all of these <br />criteria combined would prove infeasibility. <br />c. Show open space on landscape plans and include calculations. Resubmit (2) copies of all <br />affected landscape sheets (Sheet A1.03 at a minimum).
