For example, BR#1 input as 5'x208', but the bottom length appears smaller than this on the figure Drainage Basin Plan, and the area in the model (0.24 acres) does not match the area shown on the figure (.03 acres). Bioretention is no longer being proposed. • The bypass areas shown on the Drainage Basin Map do not appear to have been entered into the model, and they appear smaller than the actual area that would bypass based on the grading plan(Sheet 3). Please update the bypass areas to delineate the actual amount of bypass area consistent with the grading plan and enter those bypass areas into the model.
