o Update the documentation of MR#8 applicability to the project site based on the <br /> actual criteria provided in the SWMMWW, as summarized above, and update <br /> design and documentation as needed. <br /> MR#8 has been addressed in the new drainage report. See new drainage report. <br /> o MR#9: Operation and Maintenance <br /> o The City's previous comments were not addressed. <br /> o The summary of the O&M Manual in this section of the Drainage Report must <br /> address the following: <br /> • The party responsible for maintenance and operation; <br /> • The requirement for the O&M Manual to be retained on or within <br /> reasonable access to the site; <br /> • The requirement to transfer the O&M Manual to any new property owner <br /> along with the property, and <br /> • The requirement that a log of maintenance activity be kept and made <br /> available for inspection by the City upon request. The log must indicate <br /> what O&M actions were taken. <br /> A new O&M Manual has been provided that clearly addresses the items <br /> listed above.
