3. Garbage/dumpster screening is required in accordance with EMC 19.33G.090. <br /> 4. Landscape Plans.A Landscape Plan,meeting the requirements of EMC 19.33G.080 and 19.35.100 is required <br /> to be submitted with the Public Works permit application. Landscape plans must be prepared by professionals <br /> licensed or certified in Washington State. The landscape plan may be incorporated into the site development <br /> plan or provided separately.Prior to issuance of any permits,landscape plans must be reviewed and approved <br /> by the Planning Department as provided by the Landscape Plan Requirements of EMC 19.35.100. <br /> 5. Landscaping must be inspected and approved prior to final occupancy of the building. <br /> 6. A minimum of two off-street parking spaces must be provided for each unit. <br /> 7. Heat pumps and other air conditioning equipment shall not be permitted within a required front or side <br /> setback area. <br /> 8. Open Space.Open space for each unit shall be provided and maintained in accordance with EMC <br /> I9.33G.060.The common open space shall feature paths,landscaping,seating, lighting and other pedestrian <br /> amenities.
