The building <br />shall meeting the ventilation and heating requirements of IBC Sections 1203.1 and 1204.1. The construction <br />drawings shall specify modifications to the existing systems or indicate new system components satisfying these <br />requirements. See IEBC Section 1011.1 and IBC Section 107.2.1. <br />The project is currently out for bid with mechanical heating and cooling of entire building. HVAC <br />system to be under a separate permit by Contractor, revised General Notes /A0.0. <br />10. The Finish Legend on Sheet A9.0 states that the south walls of Restrooms 114 and 115 shall be ceramic tile. <br />The east and west walls shall similarly be provided with a non -absorbent surface.
