Appeal applications and the fee schedule are available online at <br />www.everettwa.gov/planning. This MDNS is conditioned on the applicant revising the plan to comply with either: <br />a) the number of off-street parking spaces required under the Zoning Code standards in effect prior to <br />September 19, 2018; or <br />b) the number off-street parking spaces required under the Zoning Code standards that became effective <br />September 19, 2018, including any parking reductions proposed under EMC 19.34.025. <br />See Item 5 under Information for Developer — Planning Department Comments <br />2. A Final MDNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in the proposal, disclosure of new <br />significant information, misrepresentation by the applicant, or failure to comply with the condition upon <br />which this Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance is predicated. <br />3.
