As I mentioned we are preparing our building permit submittals
for the Riverview Apartments project. We have a total of 11 structures that we are submitted, between apartment
buildings and accessory structures. At this time we are submitting only for building permit, no plumbing, mechanical,
electrical, fire alarm or fire sprinkler submittals are included in the application package. These will all be bidder -design or
deferred submittals and are identified as such on our drawings.
If you could please provide the intake fees based on the below construction valuations:
Building A — $3,730,560.00
Building B — $3,730,560.00
Building C - $549,480.00
Building D - $549,480.00
Building E - $4,659,840.00
Building F - $3,646,808.00
Building G - $1,115,040.00
Building H - $549,480.00
Building J - $12,396,840.00
Mail Kiosk - $42,500.00
Trash Enclosure - $68,000.00
You mentioned that we will need to pay these fees at the time we submit our applications. Do we need separate checks
for each building, or will one check be acceptable?
Also, I believe you said during our conversation that it would be possible — if we submit our applications prior to the end
of 2018 — to pre -pay our school impact fees for the project. Would this pre -payment be at the lower 2018 rate? If so,
what information do you need from me in order to determine what the amount of those impact fees would be?
Thank you so much for your assistance with these questions.
Sincerely,
Seth S.
