Specific Tasks <br /> City staff will be actively engaged throughout the project, utilizing a series of workshops and <br /> presentations to solicit City input and develop consensus at key points in the planning process. <br /> Tasks in this Scope of Work include: <br /> Task 1— Project Management <br /> Task 2 —Coordination with Ecology <br /> Task 3— Data Collection and Review <br /> Task 4— Flow Monitoring <br /> Task 5 — Basis of Planning and Regulatory Requirements <br /> Task 6— Existing Collection and Conveyance Sewer System Summary <br /> Task 7—Sewer System Evaluation <br /> Task 8 —Water Pollution Control Facility(WPCF) <br /> Task 9—Operations and Maintenance <br /> Task 10—Water Reclamation and Reuse <br /> Task 11 —Capital Improvement Plan <br /> Task 12 — Financial Strategy <br /> Task 13 — Plan Development and Approval Process <br /> Task 14—Supplemental Services <br /> A detailed breakdown of the tasks and subtasks that comprise the Scope of Services follows and <br /> aligns with the tasks included in the Fee Estimate included as Exhibit B. <br /> Task 1 - Project Management <br /> Objective <br /> Provide overall leadership and team strategic guidance aligned with City of Everett staff objectives. <br /> To coordinate, monitor, and control the project resources to meet the technical, communication, <br /> and contractual obligations required for developing and implementing the project scope. <br /> Work Tasks <br /> 1.1 Invoices/Status Reports <br /> Prepare monthly invoices, including expenditures by task, hours worked by project personnel, and <br /> other direct expenses with the associated backup documentation.
