1.2 Project Kickoff Meeting <br /> Prepare for and attend project kickoff meeting with City staff and key team members. <br /> Murraysmith to prepare for, attend, and lead the kickoff meeting. Prepare a detailed meeting <br /> agenda and distribute five days before the kickoff meeting for City review. Prepare and distribute <br /> minutes after the meeting. <br /> 1.3 Coordination with City Staff <br /> Coordinate with City staff by regular status reports, monthly status meetings, weekly telephone <br /> communication, and e-mail during the project. City PM to be copied on all email communications <br /> with City staff. <br /> 1.4 Coordination with Subconsultants <br /> Coordinate with and manage subconsultants on specific tasks, scope, and budget to facilitate <br /> execution of the Scope of Services. <br /> 1.5 Development of Project Management Plan <br /> Develop Project Management Plan (PMP) that includes the signed contract, work assignments, <br /> project work plans, communication protocol, quality control plan, schedule, and invoicing <br /> procedures. <br /> 1.6 Decision Log <br /> Develop, maintain, and monitor a decision log to document major project decisions.
