o Provides support and advising to city staff and core team on a regular basis throughout <br />all phases <br />o Coordinates with project team to develop detailed outreach and messaging plan and <br />strategy with content/language that can easily be plugged into materials and <br />notifications, in coordination with City of Everett and Everett Transit staff <br />o Coordinates with project team to develop, review and update outreach materials <br />content <br />o Leads content development and management of online open house and survey <br />o Coordinates with Everett Transit outreach staff to identify equitable and appropriate <br />planning efforts and activities to leverage and advises on development of equitable and <br />accessible outreach materials <br />o Advises City of Everett and Everett Transit staff on stakeholder outreach, including <br />support to City of Everett and Everett Transit staff around targeted outreach to <br />community organizations/leaders to ensure engagement of underrepresented groups <br />and transit users <br />o Coordinates with project team to develop outreach and findings summary <br />o Provides raw data and public feedback from online open house and survey <br />o Manages internal team coordination <br />• City of Everett Office of Marketing and Communications/Everett Transit <br />o Leads development and production of outreach materials and summary presentation, <br />including graphics and layout, and assets to coincide with outreach milestones and <br />schedule <br />o Manages and leads outreach and engagement activities <br />o Provides data/documentation of outreach and engagement activities to El to track in <br />Envirolytical <br />o Coordinates, prepares for and staffs public outreach activities <br />o Serves as point of contact for community inquiries/communications <br />o Given the established relationships with businesses, community organizations/groups, <br />and city agencies, leads all aspects of stakeholder outreach, including targeted outreach <br />to community organizations/leaders to ensure engagement of underrepresented groups <br />and transit users (scheduling, tracking, staffing, documenting meetings and briefings) <br />o Leads and manages all display/digital advertisements and coordination with local media <br />sources for press releases <br />o Serves as media spokespeople <br />o Coordinates all printing, postage and delivery of all materials and notifications <br />o Manages all social media and website activities/updates <br />Page 9 of 17 <br />
