7. Clinics . <br /> 8. Motels, when abutting a State Highway. <br /> 9. One non-illuminated sign not exceeding two square <br /> feet in area, placed flat against the building, for <br /> each dwelling unit containing a home occupation. <br /> One non-illuminated, temporary sign not exceeding <br /> twelve square feet in area appertaining_ to the lease, <br /> rental or sale of the building or premises on which <br /> it is located.
