Provided by the City • Location for pre-construction conference • Agenda and meeting summary for all Construction Meetings ■ Participation in all meetings • Direction to Consultant regarding participation in construction meetings Assumptions • The pre-construction conference will be attended by up to three Consultant staff. ■ Up to two Consultant staff on average will participate in up to 99 construction meetings, at the direction of the City. Shop Drawings and Submittals Review At the request of the City, Consultant will: review and comment on shop drawings and other technical submittals; consider and evaluate any alternatives or substitutions proposed by the contractor; receive and review other submittals of the contractor including construction schedules,shop drawings/submittal schedules, lump sum price breakdowns, and other submittals required by the contract documents; and prepare and maintain a log of submittals received from the contractor, noting the date received, item submitted on, applicable specification section, resolution, and their current status. Provided by the City • City will take the lead in receiving, reviewing, and responding to contractor submittals and shop drawings. • City will provide direction to Consultant regarding involvement in review of shop drawings and submittals. Assumptions • For budgeting purposes, it is assumed that up to a combined total of 70 submittals and resubmittals will be reviewed by Consultant.
