CITY OF EVERETT <br />REVISION TO PLANNING DIRECTOR DECISION <br />DATED 11/17/2017 <br />SPU17-008 <br />August 1, 2018 <br />Proposal: The proposed action is to demolish two existing buildings and play area (70,000 <br />square feet total); modernization of existing 29,000 square foot gymnasium; construct a new, 2 <br />story, 82,000 square foot building south of gym; and a new parking lot with 153 parking spaces <br />constructed west of new building and gym. Applicant lead agency for SEPA. <br />Revision: The Applicant submitted a revised proposal requesting placement of a 36' x 60' <br />(2,160 square foot) portable building to house administrative staff during the construction <br />process. The proposed location is near the northwest corner of the site south of the temporary <br />gravel parking lot and east of the alley. The setback from the west lot line (alley) would be 26 <br />feet.
