Staff Response: No residentially zoned properties are directly adjacent to the subject <br />location. The proposed height of 32 feet with appurtenances of up to 43 feet in height meets <br />this requirement as the nearest residentially zoned property is over 80 feet away. <br />DECISION: The proposal is APPROVED subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All mechanical equipment shall be appropriately screened from public view. <br />2. Signage is not included with this decision and shall be processed separately. <br />3.
