GeoTest's <br />services took place from August 16, 2018 through June 13, 2019. To the best of our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with <br />the approved project plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions <br />of the International Building Code. All related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have <br />met or exceeded the minimum test requirements. <br />This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing submittal for the North Middle School <br />Modernization project buildings A and B.
