GeoTest's services took place from August <br />16, 2018 through September 12, 2019. To the best of <br />our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved project plans and <br />specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code. All <br />related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have met or exceeded the minimum test <br />requirements. <br />This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing submittal for the North Middle School <br />Modernization project.
