Furnish and install a water-tight PVC liner below the reservoir foundation slab as <br /> shown on the Drawings. <br /> ' B. The liner shall be constructed by an agency with sufficient demonstrated experienced <br /> with typical impermeable liner installation. Submit experience history upon ENGINEER <br /> request. <br /> C. The liner shall have the following minimum characteristics. <br /> ' 1. Thickness: 30 mils <br /> 2. Tensile Strength at Break: 73 lbs/in <br /> 3. Elongation at Break: 380% <br /> ' D. Manufacturer <br /> 1. AccuGeo; or approved equal <br /> VOLUME 2, DIVISION 40 — PROCESS INTEGRATION <br /> SECTION 40 05 57, ACTUATORS FOR PROCESS VALVES AND GATES <br /> ' Replace paragraph 2.1, B with the following: <br /> D. Electric Motor Valve Actuators — Where specified in the contract documents, an electric <br /> valve actuator shall operate the valve. Electric valve actuator service shall be open-close. <br /> The actuator shall include gearing position and torque limiting switches mounted in a <br /> NEMA 4 enclosure. An auxiliary handwheel shall be provided to enable operation in the <br /> event of emergency. The operator shall be of sufficient size and torque to open and close <br /> the valve under full unbalanced pressure and to properly seat the valve. The motor shall <br /> be specifically designed for valve actuator service and shall be of low inertia high starting <br /> torque, totally enclosed, non-ventilated construction. Motor insulation shall be Class F. <br /> ' The actuator shall have three push-button control switches (0/S/C), a selector switch <br /> (L/O/R), a positioner, a 4-20 mA DC input, a 4-20 mA output for valve position, and a <br /> mechanical dial position indicator.
