• 2022 PSRC STP or CMAQ program grant application and interview support Schedule The anticipated schedule for Phase 2 is approximately 6 months. The following milestones are anticipated for Phase 2: • Completion and submittal of the 60% PS&E package • Completion and submittal of the 90% PS&E package • Stakeholder meetings o Public outreach o City of Everett Police and Fire Department o City Transportation Advisory Committee update o City Council update • Completion and submittal of the 100% PS&E package • Submittal of grant applications (specific programs TBD) Phase 3 Bid Support Services Task 3-1 —Project Management The tasks, roles and expectations for Task 3-1 are the same as for Task 1-1. No additional meetings are anticipated for Task 3-1. Task 3-2 — Bid and Award Support The Consultant will provide assistance during the bid and award of the construction contract. The following tasks will be provided. • The Consultant will assist the City during the bid period to answer any questions that arise concerning the PS&E documents, and will assist the City in preparing any addenda required. • The Consultant will assist the City with review of bid proposals for completeness and responsiveness to the request for Bids. • If requested, the Consultant will attend a pre -bid meeting to assist the City in responding to questions and inquires. Consultant Deliverables: • Prepare response to bidder questions and bid document addenda. • Electronic CAD files created for any bid document addenda. • Attend and participate in project award. Schedule The anticipated schedule for Phase 3 is approximately 1 months.
