1 <br /> 1 (******) V <br /> 2 "Vehicle Loop Detectors," per linear foot. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 The unit contract price shall include saw cutting, cleaning and drying of pavement, I <br /> 5 installing loops and home runs, loop lead-in conduits, loop wire, sealant, splice kit and <br /> 6 splicing between loop wire and lead-on cable, any work necessary to access a junction <br /> 7 box and testing of the vehicle detectors as defined in Section 8-20.3(14)D. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 No payment shall be made for any loops that are not spliced and fully operational, <br /> 10 including any loop detector lead in cable required to make the loop operational. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 "Loop Detector Lead-In Cable", per linear foot. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The unit contract price shall be full pay for furnishing and installing each loop detector <br /> 15 lead-In cable in existing conduits between the traffic signal control cabinet and loop splice <br /> 16 point, including all and all other Work necessary terminate loop lead in cable at either end. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 No payment shall be made for any detector lead-in cable that is not spliced and fully <br /> 19 operational, including any testing required to make the loop operational. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 "Conduit Pipe 2 In.
