b. The Contractor shall provide the services of a Marshall at all appropriate times, <br /> with the exception of periods of inclement weather. <br /> c. The courses' goal for a round of golf to be played, at any time, is a maximum of <br /> 4.5 hours. <br /> 4. Playing Policies <br /> a. Refer to Exhibit G for policies relating to golfers without reservations, with <br /> reservations, complementary rounds, and hours of operation and course closures <br /> (collectively known as"Courses' Operating Policies"). <br /> G. OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 1. Annual Report <br /> a. The Contractor shall submit to Parks,for its review and approval, on or before <br /> February 28 of each operating year, an Annual Report. Each Annual Report <br /> shall include,but not be limited to the following for the operating year <br /> described in the Annual Report: <br /> 1) Actual gross revenue by profit center. <br /> 2) Actual direct costs by profit center. <br /> 3) Rounds of golf by golfer type and group. <br /> 4) Annual financial statement. <br /> 5) Analysis of actual revenue and expenses compared to budget. <br /> 6) Analysis of marketing and promotional activities. <br /> 7) Customer service data including but not limited to pace of play and <br /> results of customer surveys. <br /> 8) SWAT Analysis (Optional) <br /> 9) Report on Public Benefits(Optional) <br /> 10)Report on Industry Trends (Optional) <br /> b. The Contractor and Parks shall meet on an annual basis to discuss the <br /> contents of the annual report. <br /> c. As requested by Parks,the Contractor shall provide the following including, <br /> but not limited to the following manuals: <br /> 1) Policy and Procedures manual for each profit center. <br /> 2) Staff training manual. <br /> 3) Employee policy manual. <br /> 4) Point of Sale procedures manual. <br /> 2.
