i. Attends,when requested, conferences, workshops and meetings to keep <br /> abreast of current information and developments in the industry. <br /> j. Oversight and maintain operational compliance with local, state and <br /> federal laws. <br /> n. Maintains knowledge and compliance with all lease terms and contractual <br /> obligations. <br /> o. Oversees the care and maintenance of all physical assets and facilities. <br /> p. Coordinates the courses' marketing and promotional programs,with <br /> contractor Director of Marketing to optimize usage. <br /> q. Oversee Director of Food& Beverage and Head Golf Professional and <br /> works with them to ensure the highest standards for golf services and <br /> programs, golf courses, food and beverage and other services. <br /> r. Establishes and monitors compliance with all purchasing policies and <br /> procedures. <br /> s. Ensures and initiates programs to provide players with a variety of <br /> innovative programs and events. <br /> t. Oversees and works with department heads to schedule and supervise <br /> staffing. <br /> u. Conducts regularly scheduled staff meetings. <br /> v. Participates in outside functions and activities deemed appropriate. <br /> w. Oversee the management of golf shop operations. <br /> x. Recruit, hire,train and supervise golf department heads including head <br /> professionals, food and beverage managers and operation supervisors. <br /> 2 <br />
