a. Recruit, hire,train and supervise all staff including assistant and teaching <br /> professionals, starter, operations supervisor and player assistant <br /> supervisors. <br /> b. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and schedule regular staff <br /> meetings. <br /> c. Oversee all golf shop services and operations including the proper <br /> charging of green fees and other fees; sell, rent, store and/or repair golf <br /> equipment, clothing and supplies, sell instructional services in golf play, <br /> and rent golf cars. <br /> d. Maintain and ensure compliance of a continuous safety program in <br /> conjunction with applicable laws. <br /> a. Oversee the course green fee reservation system, starting and monitoring <br /> of play through a virtual assisted Marshall program. <br /> b. Plan and schedule the assignment of personnel to cover a seven to fourteen <br /> days per week operation. <br /> c. Track and verify all players, golf carts and other charges, facilitating <br /> proper controls. <br /> d. Ensure that golf carts are maintained, clean and in operable and safe <br /> condition; inspect the clubhouse on a daily basis to insure facility <br /> functionality and cleanliness. <br /> e. Enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage. <br /> f. Oversee and manage innovative tournament programs that service all <br /> customer segments; promote golf activities for the golfing public. <br /> g. Oversee and coordinate golf instruction,programs and other services for <br /> all customer segments. Ensure that golf is taught only by qualified <br /> instructors. <br /> h. Maintain a close working relationship with General Manager, department <br /> heads and grounds maintenance supervisors. <br /> i.
