The comments below <br />must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br />Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br />Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br />2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br />residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br />building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in <br />the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br />submitted to Permit Services for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br />c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. <br />Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br />for compliance with the adopted building codes.
