The project may require the installation of post -installed anchors in concrete and masonry <br />to support structural elements (e.g., walls, etc.). If post -installed anchors are used, a <br />statement on special inspections shall be submitted with the permit documents. The <br />statement shall include a table listing each type of special inspection and shall specify the <br />extent of each inspection (e.g., continuous, periodic) per IBC Section 1704.3.1. See IBC <br />Sections 107.1, 1704.2.3, 1704.3, 1705.1.1, 1705.3, 1705.4, and Table 1705.3 Item 4b. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
