STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br />COMPASS HEALTH SUPPORTIVE HOUSING <br />NOVEMBER 7, 2019 <br />PAGE 2 <br />MR 1: PREPARATION OF STORMWATER SITE PLANS <br />DRAINAGE PLAN DESCRIPTION <br />Direct precipitation is the source of runoff. Roof tops are the largest impervious area and flow <br />will be brought by roof drain down to the runoff control facilities. The site is within the <br />combined sewer area of Everett and follows the Interim Policy for stormwater in that area. <br />WATER QUALITY MEASURES <br />Source controls for the multifamily project will involve such items as: <br />Stormwater Facility Maintenance <br />Vegetation Management <br />Protection of Dumpsters <br />RUNOFF TREATMENT <br />The project is in the combined sewer area of Everett and does not need to provide runoff <br />treatment. <br />CONVEYANCE CALCULATIONS <br />Conveyance systems will be limited to internal roof drain collection a yard drain in the <br />courtyard area. With no significant storm pipe system there is no need for special conveyance <br />calculations. <br />RUNOFF CONTROL BMP'S <br />A detention pipe will be used to control runoff to the parameters of the Interim Policy, see <br />Minimum Requirement #7 for further information. <br />PROTECTION OF WETLANDS <br />There are no wetlands on or near the site. <br />OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br />See MR9 for more information. <br />P:\Work\Projects\2017\l7-125 Environmental Works\CE\DOCS\Final SSP 17-125.doc <br />
