This development proposal is subject to the requirements of the Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 <br />Zoning. The project must meet, among other requirements, the applicable design requirements of <br />the UM zone and Supportive Housing requirements per EMC 19.39.155. <br />2. A use compliance inspection or report maybe required periodically by the city as determined by the <br />planning director. If a permanent supportive housing project is discontinued or abandoned, future <br />use of the property shall be in conformance with the use and development standards of the <br />underlying zone or overlay zone. <br />3. A final Supportive Housing Management Plan shall be submitted prior to C of O/final approval of the <br />building. <br />4. Based on the current bedroom and employee count, the number of parking spaces required for this <br />proposal is 25. The minimum required amount is 1 parking space per bedrooms, plus 1 parking <br />space for every 2 employees. The calculated amount is 25 spaces (84 bedrooms/4 = 21 spaces, plus <br />8 employees/2 = 4 spaces). This site is located in Parking Area A, therefore no additional parking is <br />required for non -residential --uses. <br />5.
