6. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) measures for construction activity must be <br />operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. An approved permit and SWPPP <br />for this work is required prior to set-up of TESC measures on -site. All BMPs must comply with City of <br />Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br />7. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If reseeding <br />is not practical due to weather or seasonal restraints, the ground must be covered with mulch as <br />directed by the City Engineer. <br />8. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression <br />and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />9. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />0 Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with City of Everett Stormwater Management <br />`--Standards current at the time the public works/building permit application package is submitted to <br />the City for review. <br />• This project is in the combined storm/sewer area. Currently, the Stormwater code for this area <br />is the City's 2010 Stormwater Management Manual along with Interim Policy 2-11. <br />Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development <br />manual contains the City'.s stormwater Standards. <br />• The project will be required to evaluate stormwater in accordance with the Minimum <br />Requirements that this project triggers by following the Flow Charts for Determining Minimum <br />Requirements with the stormwater management manual. <br />11. eneral stormwater notes regarding the detention system as currently designed: <br />• Do not use steel CMP pipe for the detention system. CMP must be aluminum, or use one of the <br />other approved pipe materials listed in City of Everett Standard Drawing #418.. <br />• The minimum size of the connecting pipe between the detention pipe and the upstream and <br />downstream structures is 48". <br />• Provide details for the detention pipe and flow control manhole with restrictor assembly. <br />• The riser is described as an 8" riser in the stormwater site plan, but the model inputs show a <br />24" riser was used in the calculations. Update the site plan and design to match the modeling <br />calculations. <br />• Access to the detention facility shall be provided for maintenance by a vactor truck. <br />12. Stormwater system development fees in accordance with Ordinance 3632-18 (codified as EMC <br />14.08.135) and subsequent revision are applicable. These fees are based on square footage of <br />proposed new plus replaced hard surface area. Refer to the Utility & System Development Fee <br />Schedule for estimated fees. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works reviewer <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at <br />the time of permit issuance. <br />13. 'System development fees for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance 3632-18 (codified as EMC 14.08.135) and subsequent revision are applicable.
