3.0 CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION ELEMENTS <br />The Elements have been addressed and the appropriate BMPs have been <br />incorporated into the Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control (TESC) Plan, <br />See Appendix `B'. Appendix `C' contains the BMPs used in the sites TESC Plan along <br />with some others that may be needed if site conditions change as construction <br />progresses. The list of BMPs was taken from the 2014 Stormwater Management <br />Manual for Western Washington and includes: <br />o BMP C103: High Visibility Plastic or Metal Fence <br />o BMP C120: Temporary and Permanent Seeding <br />o BMP C123: Plastic Covering <br />o BMP C140: Dust Control <br />o BMP C150: Materials on Hand <br />o BMP C151: Concrete Handling <br />o BMP C152: Sawcutting <br />o BMP C153: Material Delivery, Storage and Containment <br />o BMP C160: Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead <br />o BMP C162: Scheduling <br />o BMP C220: Storm Drain Inlet Protection <br />o BMP C233: Silt Fence <br />If necessary, the CESCL shall to review all available BMPs to provide proper erosion, <br />sediment, and pollutant control onsite. <br />
