Manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging, or treatment of such products as bakery goods, candy, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, and food products . 24. Manufacturing of articles or merchandising from the following previously prepared materials; bone, canvas, cellophane, cloth, cork, feathers, plastics, precious or semi-precious metals or stones, sheet metal no heavier than 14 gauge, shell, textiles, tobacco, wax, wire, wood, or yarns. 25. Manufacturing of musical instruments, toys, novelties, rubber or metal stamps, or other small ! moulded rubber products. 26. Manufacturing or assembling of electrical appli- ances, electronic instruments and devices, radios and phonographs. 27. Special Property Uses (See Section 15.04.260) 28. Bulk Stations. C. MINIMUM LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: No lot size or width required for non-residential permitted uses. No lot for any residential use shall be less than 5,000 square feet in area nor less than 50 feet in width. There shall be provided no less than 750 square feet for each residential dwelling unit. D. GROSS FLOOR AREA RATIO: No gross floor area ratio required for non-residential permitted uses. For residential permitted uses, there shall be a maximum gross floor area rationof .75. E. YARD REQUIREMENTS: I. No required yards for non-residential permitted uses. (Exception: See Section 15.04.260) 2. For residential permitted uses, yard requirements shall be the same as for R-4 zone. F. HEIGHT LIMITATIONS : No building shall exceed 65 feet above the average elevation at the foot of the building. G. OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS: Off-street parking shall be provided as specified under Section 15.04.190.
