Manufacturing or assembling of electrical appli- <br /> ances, electronic instruments and devices, radios <br /> and phonographs. <br /> 27. Special Property Uses (See Section 15.04.260) <br /> 28. Bulk Stations. <br /> C. MINIMUM LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: <br /> No lot size or width required for non-residential <br /> permitted uses. No lot for any residential use shall <br /> be less than 5,000 square feet in area nor less than <br /> 50 feet in width. There shall be provided no less <br /> than 750 square feet for each residential dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> D. GROSS FLOOR AREA RATIO: <br /> No gross floor area ratio required for non-residential <br /> permitted uses. For residential permitted uses, there <br /> shall be a maximum gross floor area rationof .75. <br /> E. YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br /> I. No required yards for non-residential permitted uses. <br /> (Exception: See Section 15.04.260) <br /> 2. For residential permitted uses, yard requirements <br /> shall be the same as for R-4 zone. <br /> F. HEIGHT LIMITATIONS : <br /> No building shall exceed 65 feet above the average <br /> elevation at the foot of the building. <br /> G. OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS: <br /> Off-street parking shall be provided as specified under <br /> Section 15.04.190. <br />
