Based on the requirements <br /> of ASTM E1527-13, components of the Phase I ESA, including the reconnaissance, interviews, <br /> environmental database reviews, and environmental professional's declaration, will remain in <br /> effect for 180 days from the date of this report, for use by the Client and its authorized <br /> representatives only. If this Phase I ESA is transferred to any other user, additional information <br /> will be required from that user in order to maintain the viability of this Phase I ESA. No other <br /> party may rely on this Phase I ESA without specific written agreement.
